the aftermath of Christmas

I am exhausted.
I can’t think straight.
I ate way too much Christmas food. Way too many cookies. I’m never eating sugar again. Except to finish my grandma’s pumpkin pie. There’s only one piece left!

methinks she wants to dazzle us

I think Julia wants to accomplish many milestones at once. Last night she started to say “mama” after constantly saying “nanananana” and “fffffffff” (or is that FFF with a PH?). Today she sat up all by herself from laying down. She really wants to crawl and walk. And she’s working on some teeth.
