I saw this recipe on TV one day and it looked REALLY tasty. A big thick slice of tomato topped with a crispy pan fried piece of goat cheese, fresh basil and red wine vinegar. It looks fancy, but it’s really easy to do. Great for me while Little Lorax is sleeping.
